I am Peterson Joseph. I design and code every site myself, out of New Jersey.
I also founded and run The Golden Time Enterprise LLC, an apparel business here in New Jersey. I built its store myself, which means I have sat on your side of this: watching a website either bring people in or sit there doing nothing.
That is the whole reason I work concept-first. Paying a stranger for something you have not seen is a bad deal, and most owners have already been burned once by a designer who disappeared or a builder subscription that quietly renews.
I am studying computer science at WGU, and I write every line of every site by hand. No theme, no page builder, nothing I cannot open up and change when you call me.

How I work, in plain terms.
You see it before you pay.
I build a real homepage for your business before I ask you for anything. If it is not right, you walk away and it cost you nothing but the time it took to send me your business name.
I tell you when you do not need me.
If your current site is working, or a free Google Business profile would do more for you this month than a new website, I will say so. I would rather lose the job than sell you something you do not need.
One person, start to finish.
You are not handed to an account manager. The person who designs it, writes the code, and answers your text six months later is the same person.
You keep everything.
The domain is registered in your name and the files are yours. If we stop working together, your website keeps running and you can hand it to anyone.
