Free concepts
A free concept is a homepage design I create so you can see what your website could look like. There is no cost and no obligation to hire me. The concept design remains mine unless we agree to a project.
Projects
Pricing, scope, timeline and payment schedule for each website are agreed in writing before work starts. Delivery times such as “1–2 weeks” are typical estimates and depend on getting your content, photos and approvals on time.
Ongoing support
If something I built stops working while your site is with me, I fix it. New features, redesigns and changes made by other people aren’t included and are quoted separately.
Third-party services
Domains, hosting, ordering platforms and payment apps are provided by other companies under their own terms. I’m not responsible for their outages or fees.
