Three fixed packages. Starter is $600 for one long page, Business is $1,500 for up to five pages and is what most local businesses take, and Premium is $3,000 when you need ordering or booking built into the site and everything in English and Spanish. You get the number in writing before any work starts.
One to two weeks from the day you approve the concept, assuming I have your photos and your menu or service list. If you are missing photos, I will tell you exactly what to shoot on your phone.
Then you already know whether it brings you customers. I will build the free concept anyway so you can see the two side by side. If yours is working, I will tell you to keep it.
On Business and Premium I write it. Send me your menu, your prices and a few sentences about how you started, and you approve every word before it goes live. On Starter you supply the words and I design around them, which is part of why it costs less.
Yes, on the Premium package. Every page gets both languages with a switch in the header, so a customer lands in whichever one they read. In most of this state that is the difference between a call and a closed tab.
Not to me. You pay for your own domain, usually around $20 a year, and hosting is free on the setup I use. If you want me on retainer for ongoing changes we can talk, but nothing is automatic.
You text me and I fix it. If something I built stops working, repairing it is not a new invoice, for as long as the site is with me.
